Information Architecture
To organize and structure content, a content inventory was conducted. This exercise identified issues that could hinder navigation and content discoverability. Having meaningful labeling played also a crucial role in enhancing the overall user experience. Subsequently, the menu’s information architecture was redesigned to improve content structure & findability.
Collaborative Workshops
To optimize our team collaboration and task estimation processes with stakeholders, several workshops were organized to identify solutions tailored to the project’s needs. Regular workshops increased team involvement and fostered innovative solutions to enhance our work processes & product.
Usability Tests
Several onsite usability tests were conducted to validate design decisions and ensure an optimal user experience. This iterative process helped identify usability issues, ultimately enhancing user satisfaction. Addressing those issues early in the process prevented costly redesigns later on.
